The Core DJs Presents MixshowLive 2012. This event will take place May 4th - 7th at the Downtown Renaissance Hotel in Dallas, TX. We would like to extend an invitation for your radio/internet station to broadcast live. This will be an opportunity for your station to interview Artists, DJs, and Top Music Executives from across the country. Our broadcast room will provide an interactive hub for your station to reach your listening audience as well as your extended listeners via the internet. We will have all the tools available for you to maximize your audience via your social networking outlets, and provide critical information to your listeners that may have a serious interest in the music business. This will be a package that your station managers and account executives can use to create additional revenue for your station. This is what we will need you to provide:
• Name/Call Letters of Station
• Station Logo
• Address
• City & State
• Station Personality doing the Broadcast
• Station Engineer
• Contact
The broadcast schedule will be forwarded to the stations participating. We will provide the following for the stations:
• Hotel Accomodations for the Weekend (1 double room)
• (2) Registration Badges for attendees
Most internet stations will be able to provide their WiFi connection, however if a connection is needed please let us know in advance so we may work on that connection.
