Just finished reading "Girl, Get Over Yourself: How To Get Out Of Your Own Way & Stop Killing Your Sex Life" by Paige Diamond. Best and quickest way I can describe this great read is "its a Girl-Talk book". The type of conversation you wish you could have with your trusted girlfriends over a bottle of wine. Paige delivers the truth straight up with no chasers!
Some of my favorite passages:
"If you think semen is nasty, it is a thought that you have embedded within you based on ignorance. Here are a few things you should know about semen that may change your point of view about it.
Semen contains various components that are found in a lot of skin products like Vitamin C and B12, zinc, lactic acid and citric acid. It helps everything from wrinkles, stretch marks, acne and dry skin to name a few. If semen is ingested, most studies show it's between 10-30 calories per skeet and has both glycoprotein and selenium which are both cancer fighters."

This book is absolutely awesome! A quick read, simply written, and to the point! Love it! I give this book 20 stars out of 5 and greatly recommend that every woman owns a copy!
