Born and bred in Downtown Cincinnati, Rells Fargo came up like most adolescents in his neighborhood. Skating rinks, swimming pools and rap music was his life while angsta rap artists and popular east and west coast Hip Hop acts like tupac, E40,Jay-z, Biggie, and Nas supplied the soundtrack to his life. .... “My first time rapping I was 9 or 10 ,” reflects Fargo, who to this day remembers his first attempt at rapping .
